Charms

I am so excited that I finally figured out how to make a mosaic with pictures (even if some of my pictures are chopped off). Check out http://www.bighugelabs.com/ . There are so many cool things you can do with your pictures. I used this site in conjunction with http://www.flickr.com/ where I have a lot of my pictures saved.

These are the 16 velcro charms that are available for the "Celebrate" frames, plates and platters.
To see the "Celebrate" collection take a look at my website. http://www.glazedfromtheheart.com/

Happy Father's Day

What a handsome group of men I live with. I was so glad I snapped this picture on Father's Day. I couldn't ask for a better father for these three boys!

We'll miss you, Angie

My dear friend Angie has moved to Nacogdoches. We had a surprise going away party for her last week. Somehow I failed to take pictures of people, but their were people here. We had a wonderful time. Everyone left with a box of chocolates that had her new address on them. My boys are already looking forward to our road trip to Nacogdoches next month. I was excited to finally use the newest chalkboard that I just made too. You can never have too many cute chalkboards!

Reuse glass bottles

Again, I may not always remember to recycle but I love to reuse things.
We have been drinking Fuse lately and I love the bottles. There is just a plastic label to cut off and no sticky residue. Yippee!
I used a pair of luggage tag earrings and an old necklace of my Grandmothers to spruce up these bottles. I took the jewelry apart with pliers and then used some satin ribbon to tie the silver charms on. I love having them in my kitchen window sill. It makes doing the dishes that much more enjoyable.
Reusing bottles comes in handy when you want your guests to take flowers home with them too.

The last day of Kindergarten for Paul

June 6th was Paul's last day of Kindergarten and I can hardly believe it. This year has flown by. He had a wonderful year!
Although we loved kindergarten, we are so excited to have Paul home with us for the summer. Mark said "Mommy we get Paul back!" Yes Mark we do and let's not take one minute of our time together for granted!

Make a Wish Mark

My precious Mark turned 4 on May 26th. It is hard to believe that was almost a month ago already. It is even harder to believe that he is four already. He is truly the happiest child I have ever seen. His smile simply lights up the room and his enthusiasm for life is contagious. What a blessing all three of my boys are!!! My sweet sister-n-law sent Luke a darling onsie with his name and birth date on it. I liked it so much that I went to the website http://www.simplycolors.com/ and ordered a shirt for Mark's birthday. They have all different colors, styles and designs. The sky is the limit. I am already thinking of when I can use them again.
