Several of you have asked me to help you with customized bulletin boards. Here is the scoop.
1. Go to a garage sale, Goodwill store etc.. and find an old picture or painting in a frame you like. 2. Pop the picture out and spray paint the frame.
3. Go to Staples, Office Max, Michael's... and buy the appropriate size bulletin board. You will need the size larger than your frame. Use a screwdriver to pry off the sides of the bulletin board. I always use my 40% off Michael's coupon from Sunday's paper to buy the bulletin board.
4. With a yard stick measure and draw your rectangle pattern on the bulletin board. Then cut it out with a utility knife. You can find them at the hardware store, Hobby Lobby...Please cut away from yourself. We don't want any injuries.
